Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Charlotte County or Lee County, Florida. By using the Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
