We print structural shells. You build the rest.

Coastal Monolithic is not a general contractor, homebuilder, or handyman service. We are a specialized 3D concrete printing contractor that delivers monolithic structural wall systems for residential projects in Florida. Our role is specific: we produce the certified concrete shell. Your role is everything after.

Robotic concrete printing

Large-scale gantry system extrudes 7,000+ PSI concrete layer by layer, building the full structural wall system in one continuous automated pass on site.

FEMA-rated shell delivery

The monolithic wall system is rated to 250 mph wind loads under FEMA P-361. We deliver the shell with full certification documentation for permitting and inspection.

PHIUS-certified envelope

The printed wall assembly carries PHIUS Passive House certification. 60–80% reduction in heating and cooling energy vs. code minimum. Documentation included.

Permitting support

ICC-ES evaluation provides an established permitting pathway in Florida. We supply the technical documentation package to support your local building department approval.

Builder handoff

We deliver a cured, structurally verified shell. Your existing MEP, roofing, window, door, and interior finish subs take over exactly as they would on any concrete project.

Southwest Florida focused

We serve Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties. Our platform is mobilized for this region, with concrete mix formulated for coastal Florida conditions.

What we do not do

We are not a general contractor or construction manager
We do not build conventional wood-frame homes
We do not provide handyman or repair services
We do not handle MEP, roofing, or interior finishes
We do not sell turnkey homes to end buyers
We do not work on commercial or industrial projects

If you are looking for a conventional homebuilder, general contractor, or handyman, Coastal Monolithic is not the right fit. If you are a builder, developer, or GC who needs a specialized structural shell partner, we are.

What the 3D printed concrete shell includes

The shell is the structural wall system: everything that keeps the building standing, insulated, and weatherproof. One automated pass replaces five conventional exterior trades.

Structural wall system

The full exterior wall system printed in 7,000+ PSI concrete. Monolithic, jointless construction from foundation to roof line. No mortar joints, no wood framing, no seams.

Integrated insulation

Insulation is built into the printed wall assembly as part of the PHIUS Certified envelope. No separate insulation sub required. 60–80% reduction in heating and cooling energy.

Vapor and weather barrier

The monolithic concrete wall is inherently waterproof. The PHIUS-certified envelope design controls vapor movement and prevents moisture infiltration without a separate vapor barrier trade.

Certification documentation

Full documentation package included: PHIUS certification, FEMA Storm Shelter Rating, ICC-ES evaluation, and structural verification reports for permitting and inspection.

What the builder handles after the shell

The shell is the handoff point. From there, the builder's existing subcontractor relationships and scheduling process apply. MEP rough-in, roofing, windows, doors, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and finishes all proceed normally. Any sub who has worked on concrete or ICF construction can work on a 3D printed shell. There is no proprietary system and no special training required.

How the builder and GC partnership works

01

Project review

You submit project details: location, plans, timeline, and scope. We evaluate fit, feasibility, and alignment with our 2026–2028 pipeline.

02

Design to print-ready

We convert your architectural plans into robotic print instructions. MEP penetrations and chases are coordinated during this phase. Turnaround is days, not weeks.

03

On-site printing

We mobilize the gantry system, batch the concrete mix, and print the full wall system in one continuous automated pass. Your site, our equipment, our crew.

04

Curing and verification

The printed shell cures under controlled conditions. We perform structural verification and prepare the certification documentation package.

05

Shell handoff

We deliver a cured, structurally verified, certified shell. Your MEP, roofing, window, door, and interior finish subs take over from there.

06

Permitting support

We provide the full certification documentation package to support your permitting and inspection process throughout the project.

No proprietary subcontractor network required

The builder's existing subcontractor relationships and scheduling process apply from the shell handoff forward. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, roofers, window installers, drywall crews, and finish carpenters all work the same way they would on any concrete or ICF project. There is no proprietary system that requires specialized subcontractors. If your subs have worked on concrete construction before, they can work on a 3D printed shell.

Land partnerships and development opportunities

Coastal Monolithic works with landowners and developers who have sites in Southwest Florida and want to build with a certified, hurricane-resistant structural system. We evaluate each site for fit and feasibility.

Landowner partnerships

You own land in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, or Sarasota County. We evaluate the site for 3DCP feasibility: access, soil conditions, zoning, and utilities. If the site fits, we discuss a land partnership or builder introduction to move the project forward.

Questions builders ask before partnering

Coastal Monolithic delivers the structural wall system (the 3D printed concrete shell) for residential projects in Florida. We are not a general contractor, homebuilder, or handyman service. We specialize in one thing: using large-scale robotic concrete printing to produce a monolithic, FEMA-rated, PHIUS-certified structural shell in a single automated pass. Builders, GCs, and developers partner with us for the shell. Their existing subs handle everything after: MEP, roofing, windows, doors, and interior finishes.

No. Coastal Monolithic is a specialized 3D concrete printing contractor and shell construction partner. We do not build conventional homes, manage full construction projects, or provide handyman services. Our role is to deliver the structural shell using robotic additive construction technology. If you are looking for a conventional homebuilder or GC for a full turnkey project, we are not the right fit. If you are a builder or developer who needs a certified concrete shell delivered faster and stronger than conventional methods, we are.

Coastal Monolithic operates as a subcontractor delivering structural wall systems to builders and general contractors. The process: (1) You bring the project and architectural plans. (2) We convert the design into robotic print instructions. (3) We mobilize the gantry system, batch the concrete mix, and print the full wall system on site. (4) We deliver a cured, structurally verified, certified shell. (5) Your existing MEP, roofing, window, door, and interior finish subs take over. There is no proprietary subcontractor network required. Your build process continues normally from the shell handoff.

Coastal Monolithic focuses on residential projects in Southwest Florida: single-family homes, small multi-unit developments, and residential clusters. Projects must be in or near our service area (Lee, Collier, Charlotte, or Sarasota counties). The site must support gantry system mobilization and concrete delivery. Zoning must permit residential construction. We evaluate each project individually for fit, timeline, and feasibility. We will tell you honestly whether your project qualifies.

To qualify for Coastal Monolithic's 3D concrete printing platform, a project should meet these criteria: (1) Location in Southwest Florida or nearby markets. (2) Residential use: single-family or small multi-unit. (3) Site conditions that support gantry mobilization and concrete delivery. (4) Zoning that permits the proposed residential use. (5) Timeline that aligns with our 2026–2028 pipeline. (6) Builder, developer, or landowner with an active project, not a speculative inquiry. If your project meets these criteria, reach out for a feasibility conversation.

The structural shell cost is competitive with conventional construction when you account for the five trades it replaces: framing, insulation, sheathing, vapor barrier, and stucco are all consolidated into one automated pass. You are not paying for five separate crews and their scheduling overhead. The total project cost, including foundation, MEP, roofing, windows, doors, and interior finishes, is comparable to a well-built conventional home. The value proposition is a faster build cycle, fewer subs to coordinate, and a structurally superior product. For a specific project number, request a feasibility call.

The structural shell of a single-family home can be printed in days, not weeks. One automated robotic pass replaces five exterior wall trades, compressing the critical path significantly. From permit-ready design to a fully enclosed, certified monolithic shell, the timeline is measured in days for the print phase and weeks for the full pre-construction and curing process. Total project timeline depends on site conditions, design complexity, and permitting. For a specific timeline on your project, request a feasibility call.

The wall system carries three active certifications: (1) PHIUS Certified envelope: 60–80% reduction in heating and cooling energy vs. code minimum. (2) FEMA Storm Shelter Rated: rated to 250 mph wind loads under FEMA P-361. (3) ICC-ES Evaluated: established permitting pathway in Florida and multiple US jurisdictions. These are not targets or aspirational ratings. They are current, documented, and available for due diligence review.
