How Coastal Monolithic handles your information

Coastal Monolithic is an early-stage construction technology company based in Southwest Florida. Our website, coastalmonolithic.com, serves investors, builders, developers, and land partners who are evaluating the Coastal Monolithic platform. The information we collect is limited to what you voluntarily provide through our contact form, investor interest form, or newsletter subscription, and the standard technical data that any web server collects automatically when you visit a site.

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising networks or behavioral retargeting. We do not share your contact information with third parties for their marketing purposes. The only third-party service that receives your form submission data is our form processing provider, Readdy.ai, which is contractually bound to use that data only to deliver the submission to us. We use your information to respond to your inquiry and, if you opt in, to send you updates about the Coastal Monolithic model home and Innovation Enclave program.

If you are a qualified investor or builder doing due diligence, you may request our project engineering documentation, including structural drawings and calculations, by submitting the contact form or emailing jack@coastalmonolithic.com directly. That information is shared only with qualified parties and is not posted publicly on this site.

If you have questions about how your data is handled, want to request deletion of your information, or want to exercise any of the rights described in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy, contact us at jack@coastalmonolithic.com. We respond to all privacy-related inquiries within five business days and complete any legally required response within thirty days.
