Builders, developers, and landowners in Southwest Florida
Coastal Monolithic delivers 3D-printed concrete structural shells for residential construction in Southwest Florida. We work directly with local builders and general contractors, real estate developers, and landowners with sites in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota, Manatee, and Pinellas counties. If you have an active project or a site in the region, this is the right conversation.
For builders and GCs, the proposed scope is the printed concrete wall system, delivered ready for subsequent trades once strength and inspection are accepted. Reinforcement, grout, insulation, moisture control, coatings and finishes depend on the engineered assembly and may require separate work. Coordination benefits are potential, not guaranteed.
For developers and landowners, the Innovation Enclave is a planned 20 to 25 unit residential cluster in Southwest Florida. It is a future phase with no set timeline. Builder partnerships and site discussions are exploratory at this stage. Reach out directly. We will tell you whether your site or project fits.
Why Southwest Florida is the right market for 3DCP construction right now
Southwest Florida is experiencing a convergence of forces that makes resilient, scalable construction not just attractive but necessary. Florida carries the nation's highest homeowner insurance premiums, and recent hurricanes reshaped the market. At the same time the state continues to grow. The construction industry's response to this has been inadequate. Wood-frame construction is the most common method in Florida residential building, but it is not optimized for the sustained wind loads, storm surge cycles, chronic humidity, and salt air that define the Gulf Coast environment.
The 3D concrete printing platform we deploy is intended to deliver a monolithic, jointless printed concrete wall system. The printed concrete wall is the proposed scope; reinforcement, grout, insulation, moisture control, coatings and finishes depend on the engineered assembly and may require separate work. The wall design, reinforcement, foundation, roof connections and openings are brought together through project-specific engineering and local plan review. Coastal Monolithic is pre-construction; the first model home targets a Q1 2027 break-ground, contingent on funding, site, equipment, engineering, and permits.
