Cost and Pricing FAQ

What it costs, in plain terms.

A 3D printed concrete home in Florida is priced the way any home is priced: by size, design, site, and finish level. What people really want is a starting number, so here it is. Our current planning estimate for an all-in build on the 2,300 sq ft model home is $250,000 to $300,000, and up to about $350,000 with top-tier finishes.

Up to about $350,000

With top-tier finishes

Read this as a planning estimate, not a quote or a guarantee. It reflects the entire home build, not the printed shell alone, and it is the founder's current figure for the model home. Your project gets its own number once we know the design, the site, and the finishes.

What actually moves the number.

Every project is quoted individually, but the inputs are consistent. These are the drivers we look at when we put together a project-specific cost range. Nothing here is a sales pitch. It is the same list a careful builder would give you.

01

Design complexity

Straight, simple plans cost less than curved walls, custom geometry, sharp corners, and elaborate rooflines. Complexity is time on the printer and time in engineering.

02

Printed wall volume

The linear feet of printed wall, the wall height, and the wall thickness all scale the material and the print time. A bigger footprint means more printed wall.

03

Openings

The number and size of windows and doors, plus the lintels and headers over them, add detail and coordination. Large or irregular openings add more.

04

Site conditions and access

A level, cleared lot with easy equipment access is the low-cost case. Sloped ground, tight access, or difficult soil raises site work and mobilization.

05

Foundation interface

How the shell ties into the foundation matters. A straightforward slab or stem wall is simpler than a complex engineered foundation.

06

Finish level

Standard finishes sit near our lower estimate. Top-tier finishes, cabinetry, and fixtures push an all-in build up toward the top of the range.

07

Engineering and permitting

Every project needs its own licensed structural engineer and its own permit. Complicated jurisdictions or unusual designs add engineering and review time.

08

Location and logistics

Distance from our service corridor and concrete supply affects mobilization and delivery. Southwest Florida projects are the most straightforward.

The proposed scope is the printed concrete wall system; reinforcement, grout, insulation, moisture control, coatings and finishes depend on the engineered assembly and may require separate work. When a project is straightforward, the printed wall system can simplify coordination. When a project is complex or the site is difficult, the drivers above matter more than the method.

Why we give a range, not a price tag.

Anyone who hands you a single number before they know your site and your design is guessing. A printed shell depends on how much wall there is, how complex it is, and how hard the lot is to work. The finish-out depends on your choices. So we start with an honest range and tighten it as the project gets clearer.

Two homes of the same size can land in very different places. A simple plan on a cleared lot with standard finishes sits near the bottom of our range. Curved geometry, a difficult site, or premium finishes move it up. What we will not do is pretend the spread is not real, or quote a number we cannot stand behind.

The way to a firm number is a conversation. Tell us the location, the approximate size, the design stage, and the finish level. We review fit and scope and come back with a project-specific range. If the numbers do not work for your site and scope, we will tell you that plainly. Expect a reply from us within one to two business days.

Where We Are Right Now.

We are pre-construction, and we say so plainly. Our first model home, roughly 2,300 square feet, targets a Q1 2027 break-ground in the Englewood / Port Charlotte area, contingent on funding, site, equipment, engineering, and permits. The Innovation Enclave, a 20 to 25 unit residential cluster, is a future phase with no set timeline. It follows a successful model home, not a calendar date. If you have an active project in Southwest Florida, the pipeline is open now, and we will tell you straight whether it fits.

Timeline current as of October 2026.

Cost questions, answered straight

There is no single number, because every project is different. As a planning estimate, our current all-in build estimate for the 2,300 sq ft model home is $250,000 to $300,000, and up to about $350,000 with top-tier finishes. That is a whole-house planning estimate, not the printed shell alone. It is meant to help you budget, not to quote your project. A real number comes from your design, your site, and your finish level.
